NAUI Rescue Diver
Rescue Scuba Diver
This course trains divers in the knowledge and skills needed to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies. Included are: assists, transports, surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore-based scuba divers. Note: Adult CPR training (approximately four hours) meets the requirement for Rescue Scuba Diver certification.

Tuition Includes
One academic session, NAUI E-Learning Code, 2 local open water dives a NAUI Rescue Diver Digital Certification Cards. Course tuition is subject to change at any time.
Prerequisites
Open Water Scuba Diver Certification or Junior Open Water Certification or equivalent and Current First Aid and CPR
Minimum Age
15 years of age and older. Ages 12-14 will earn a junior rescue certification
Class Size
4 - 8 students
Student Owned Equipment
Mask, snorkel, fins, boots, gloves, pocket mask, surface marker with reel, audible surface signal, cutting tool, writing slate and primary light.
Student Rental or Owned Equipment
Regulator, BCd, Computer, Wet Suit or Dry Suit, Hood, Cylinder and Weights.
Additional Expenses Rental fees, air fills, quarry fees, charter fees (if applicable), parking fees, travel expenses, lodging and meals.
